Techniques and Practices


  • Laundry hygiene module

    Objective: to discover the professional practices related to laundry hygiene and the linen function. Present the risks of biocontamination.

  • Sizing module and material requirements

    Objective: set up and follow an investment plan to create or develop the laundry or linen function of your structure.

  • Textile treatment module

    Objective: training-action to discover or improve technical skills related to the treatment of linen from collection (or pre-sorting) to washing.

  • Microbiology module

    Objective: to discover or perfect the knowledge and skills related to the control of the microbiological hygiene of linen according to the requirements of NF EN 14065 or the RABC method (see quality management module).

  • Production management module

    Objective: to understand and improve the organization of a laundry regardless of its layout and the quantities of linen processed.

  • Detergent management module

    Objective: to improve skills and knowledge to master an essential step in laundry: washing.

  • Textile finishing module

    Objective: action-training to discover and improve the stages of getting textiles back into shape, from washing to delivery.

  • Facilities maintenance module

    Objective: the quality of the laundry service is also based on organized and internally monitored maintenance. Install or improve the technical skills of a professional or a team.

  • Linen management module (excluding laundry)

    Objective: optimize the laundry circuit in your structure and control the hygiene of textiles in each department.

  • Quality management module

    Objective: to understand and animate the RABC method as a quality tool leading to continuous improvement.

  • Module commercialisation

    Objective: to calibrate laundry services to meet the needs and demands of one or more markets. Develop the tools to set up a service and monitor it in accordance with the NF X50-842 standard.

  • Module communication

    Objective: to improve the visibility of the laundry in the local economic area. Discover and/or know how to use useful communication tools.

  • New monitor integration module

    Objective: discover the activity of the laundry.

  • Team animation module

    Objective: to participate in the standardization of methods and the cohesion of the management team in order to accentuate the professionalization of operators.

  • Skills enhancement module

    Objective: this tailor-made system begins with a diagnosis of the professional skills of the staff. Personalized support will be defined with the supervising teams.

  • Pedagogical content module

    Objective: to create and update the educational tools necessary for the transmission of good hygiene and organization practices in the laundry.

  • Internal audit module

    Objective: training-action in order to improve

  • Audit RABC

    Objective: complete audit of RABC processes. In the event that the monitoring of the normative requirements complies with the reference framework in question, an annual Declaration of conformity will be issued.
