  • Module “The health control plan”

    Objective: to monitor good practices and apply the legally required procedures for customer satisfaction.

  • “BPH: good hygiene practices” module

    Objective: to be able to know the risks associated with a lack of hygiene, to respect hygiene measures before, during and after production.

  • Module “Methods”

    Objective: to be able to understand the purpose of each recording, to analyze my practices to ensure traceability and to inform my manager in the event of non-compliance.

  • “Maintenance of premises and equipment” module

    Objective: to be able to understand the importance of maintenance, to organize preventive measures, to define internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the safety of goods and stakeholders, to respect hygiene rules during maintenance operations.


Management & Quality Management


  • Module “The HACCP plan”

    Objective: analyze the dangers and apply the preventive measures, record the monitoring measures and the corrective actions.

  • “HACCP: legal framework” module

    Objective: understand the regulations of the Hygiene Package and follow the national decrees in force.

  • “Traceability and non-conformity management” module

    Objective: participate in the management of alerts in application of the regulations (assess the situation, take measures to withdraw products and notify to apply food safety standards).

  • “Pre-requisite” module

    Objective: to apply the fundamental principles of HACCP (equipment, personnel, compliance with the cleaning-disinfection plan, pest control, progress in time or space, traceability).

  • “Progress and evolve” module

    Objective: to follow the evolution of the workers and to provide personalized support. Master the versatility to manage schedules.

  • “Quality management and continuous improvement” module

    Objective: fill in the self-assessment sheets, measure versatility and participate in the resolution of non-conformities.

  • “Security of goods and people” module

    Objective: to be able to understand and apply the safety rules at the workplace, to know the risks, to protect oneself and others.
